The upper level is home to another king bedroom which also has a twin daybed, plus another bedroom with a queen bed and twin daybed. On the lower level, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen bed and private, full bath here as well.
Outdoor Living Spaces
The focus here is the brand-new heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and its hardscape, of course. No doubt, the majority of your outdoor time will be spent on the new patio and in the heated pool and/or jacuzzi. After a day on the beach, head to the patio to experience the bliss of an outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco, or lounge on a chair in the sunshine. After dark, gather around the gas firepit and enjoy a star-studded Cape summer evening. This home is perfect for any recreational activities your group may have in mind.

Head to downtown Chatham for the day for a stroll and visit the local shops and galleries. Go to the lighthouse, or watch the fishermen unload their catch at the Chatham Fish Pier.
