Step out on the full length deck, breathe in the salt air, relax on the private beach and watch the never ending parade of boats cruising in and out of Lewis Bay. The panoramic views from the deck give the impression of being surrounded by water on all sides!
Here, you’re less than a mile from the Ocean Street docks in Hyannis, where you can hop on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Or sign up for a fishing charter or sightseeing cruise. Or simply stroll Main Street for some of the Cape’s best restaurants, shops and entertainment.
For evening fun a bocce ball court is located in the front yard. The lengthy outdoor deck has several tables and a gas grill for outdoor dining by the sea. Also there is an enclosed outdoor shower on the opposite side of the home.
The fully equipped kitchen is open and cheery with granite counters and a cooktop island. It flows into the living room which is beautifully appointed and furnished with comfy lounge seating and a large flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area. Both have stunning water views and walk out to the deck.
There is one bedroom on the main level with appealing twin beds. The upper level provides three more bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom walks out to a deck with elevated water views. There are two full baths, one up, one down. The home is cooled by window air conditioning units, has high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. This 2,000 sq. ft. home has 2 separate units, with the other unit occupied only by the owner and not during the rental season. So you’ll have it all to yourself while you are there.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195
