With a complete renovation just completed and one lot back from the beach, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. Walk one minute to the private, sandy neighborhood beach and camp out for the day. Or head straight out at low tide for a mile or more to explore the famous Brewster Flats. Kids can build drizzle castles on the sand bars, then watch from shore as the incoming tide reclaims them. On a calm day at high tide, swim a few feet from shore, or paddle out on the bay in the owner provided kayaks or canoe.
The custom built house gives a classic Cape impression from the outside, which belies the cheery, open, contemporary feel of the architect-designed interior living space. The brand new, fully equipped social kitchen encourages teamwork and conversation during meal prep. The step-down living room/TV lounge creates a sense of light and space with its exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. The all new furnishings gives a sense modern comfort throughout. You can all dine together in the good-sized dining area. And you’ll stay tuned in with cable TV and WiFi. The outdoor living space provides a gas grill and a new enclosed outdoor shower.
This home has five bedrooms and sleeps up to eleven. The main level is home to the primary bedroom suite, with its king bed and brand new full bath en suite. You'll also find a room on the main level with a double bed. You’ll find two bedrooms on the upper level, including one with a queen, another with two twins. The lower, walk-out level houses the fifth bedroom with a King bed plus bunk beds and a full bath. In all there are 3.5 brand new baths in the house. The home is equipped with central AC.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
