Tucked into one of Brewster’s most popular beach communities sits “Sunny Side Up”, a beautiful beach house just three houses back from Cape Cod Bay with access to a private beach. The path to the beach is 25 paces from the house and you have pleasant water views from the upper level of the house.
Enjoy the Brewster flats at low tide and frolic in the warm bay waters at high tide. You’ll also have great sunsets each evening over the bay. In this section of the Brewster shore be aware that at extreme high tide, the water can come almost up to the stone revetment, leaving little or no beach for an hour or so, but not to worry the tide will recede in short order.
The house is an upside-down style home with the main living area located on the second level to provide nice water views. The kitchen, dining and living room are located on the second level. This level is wide open living space with vaulted ceilings creating a very pleasant and spacious feel to the room. PLEASE NOTE; the fireplace is inoperable. There is also a full bath on the upper level. The lower level houses the 2 bedrooms: one with 2 sets of bunks (4 twin beds) and the second with a King bed, TV and desk space. There is an additional full bath here as well.
There is a patio with a dining table in the back of the house to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This home is also a quick walk up to Route 6A for dining, ice cream and local shopping. You can even walk to Ocean Edge Resort to enjoy a meal at one of their dining outlets, all open to the public.
The home is cooled by a central air conditioning system combined with a split unit on the upper level. There is cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi of course.

Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195.
