Here’s a property designed with family summer fun in mind. Ideally situated in a sought-after Brewster bayside neighborhood, you can walk nine minutes to a perfect, sandy private neighborhood beach. There you’ll find two owner provided kayaks for a pleasant excursion on the usually calm bayside waters. Or walk the opposite way from the house to Route 6A for everything from sushi to pizza, seafood, a bakery and ice cream. Bring or rent bikes: the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is not far away.
The half-acre+ private lot and pool with its surrounding hardscape create a private villa-like feel. The hot tub right off the deck offers yet another pleasant vacation experience. Poolside, there’s an abundance of lounge seating in your choice of sun or shade. Four new lounge chairs have been added recently. Strike up a game of ping pong on the patio. Or badminton or volleyball with the equipment provided. There’s plenty of room for it on the large, level lawn near the pool. PLEASE NOTE: the maximum pool depth is only five feet, so no diving!
The home also provides a gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and changing room, plus a wood burning fire pit for cozy evening gatherings under the stars. Or, if you prefer, there's a gas fueled fire pit under the cabana.
Adjacent to the pool and patio, there’s a spacious, thoughtfully furnished sunroom where you’ll probably choose to serve dinner most days. The upgraded, fully equipped kitchen has a big island with seating for four. A new dishwasher was recently added. The sunroom is also where you will find a large TV with plenty of friendly seating. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a dining area and comfortable living room.
This home has five bedrooms, one of which is the master suite on the second level accessed via a private staircase. It includes an inviting king size bed, newly renovated private bath and a flat screen smart TV.
The upper level has two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a shared full bath for these bedrooms.
On the main level, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full size double plus a twin. Again, there is a shared bathroom for these bedrooms.
In all, the property has four bathrooms -- three full and a half bath.
The home is cooled by a central air conditioning system, plus in-wall split units. There are five TVs, three with cable, and two with streaming capability. There is high speed Wi-Fi as well.
Please note that the pool is not heated or opened until Memorial Day Weekend.
