This recently constructed custom home has the highest level of amenities including a gourmet kitchen, central AC, stunning bathrooms and a convenient open concept floor plan that includes a vaulted ceiling common living area. The oversized deck extends your living space in the summer. The fire pit in the yard can extend your evenings beyond the sunset. Speaking of sunsets, be sure to walk the four minutes to the beach to watch the sunsets over the bay each evening. Of course, you have plenty of time during the day to soak up the sun and enjoy the warm calm waters of Cape Cod Bay.
You can walk up the road 5-10 minutes and find everything from a bakery, bookstore, convenience store and liquor store, to casual dining, sushi, pizza and a sports bar. Or stroll down the beach and join the fun at the Ocean Edge Resort beach bar.
Back at the house, you'll find a first floor primary bedroom with a Queen bed with three additional bedrooms upstairs: one with a King bed, one with a queen and the last with a twin bunk and a futon. Sleeping for 8-10 comfortably.
