Welcome to The Sand Bar! This spacious modern home has amazing living spaces inside and out with easy bike trail access through the backyard. You’ll first be greeted by a large private lot (1.1 acres) with lots of yard space and amenities. Enjoy the multiple decks and additional patio in the back of the home. The featured amenity of course is the hot tub built into one of the decks. There is also a large play set for the kids and a wood fire pit to extend the evenings in the yard.
Head inside to find an amazing great room with vaulted ceilings that is bathed in natural light. This room flows out to the patio area with a dining table and the grill station. Adjacent to the great room is the stunning modern kitchen. This features an island with seating for 4 and all the accouterments to prepare any meal. The kitchen is open to a dining table and a second living area beyond. The whole house exudes coastal charm through in its artwork and décor.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The primary suite houses a King size bed and a private updated bathroom with a tile and glass shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a twin size pullout trundle. There is a second full bath on the main level as well.
The finished lower level offers yet more living space and is geared toward the kids. There is an additional full size pullout trundle as well.
Conveniently located, this property has walking access to Harwich Center for a couple eateries and is a quick drive to Harwich Port for a multitude of dining and shopping options. Brooks Park is under a mile away for a playground, pickleball and basketball courts. Of course, there are several Nantucket Sound beaches all within a 5-7 minute drive. See you at the Sand Bar!
Please enter in your travel dates in for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $145 reservation fee and a $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
