This 5 bedroom home offers impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk across the street to Lighthouse Beach.This updated home has been renovated with the goal of maintaining much of the original charm of the colonial era. However, you have all the modern amenities: flat screen TV's, WiFi, AC units in 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, etc.  There are 2 master bedroom suites on the main level with AC units and 3 bedrooms upstairs, plus the "Ocean Room" which is a new section and features mesmerizing water views. Enjoy the good sized yard and well-kept patio as you gaze out at the ocean and Chatham Light, which is next door. Walk 8-10 minutes into Chatham center for dining, band concerts and shopping. Truly the best of Chatham.
