Here’s one of the best private home vacation values you’ll find in Brewster. Just a two minute walk from one of the town’s best private association beaches on Cape Cod Bay, this expanded Cape is set far back from the road on a large, private lot. Kids will make good use of the large level yard. Out back, there’s a covered patio for dining outside even if it rains, plus an open stone patio with a fire pit you're sure to enjoy. There’s also a handy outdoor shower out there. The back yard is remarkably private, as well as spacious.

Inside, you’ll discover the house has central air conditioning, which can be a big deal if you get some unusually warm, muggy weather. There are two adjoining lounge areas on the main level, the front room with a large flat screen TV, DVD and satellite TV service . The home is also equipped with WiFi, of course. The full kitchen is completely outfitted so you can walk in and be ready to operate. There’s a handy dining area right off the kitchen with seating for up to eight. There are four bedrooms with beds for up to eight. There’s a Queen size bed in the main level bedroom plus a flat screen TV, full bath with a step-in shower right next door. The upper level has a full bath with tub/shower combination, shared by another Queen bedroom with a TV and a small lounge nook. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen and a twin. From this property, it’s an easy bike ride up to Main Street, Brewster (Route 6A) for casual dining, pizza, sushi, a package (liquor) store, sports bar, convenience store, bakery, book store and more.

For the budget-conscious family who wants to be within easy walking distance to a sandy, never-crowded private beach, this home is an ideal choice.

Please enter in your travel dates in top right corner of this page for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and an $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

The house is also available on a monthly basis November - May, at a rate of $4,500/month.

Also please note that this property does not include linens, but we offer a service if you would prefer not to bring your own.
