Perched atop the dunes and virtually invisible from surrounding homes, you get the feeling that you have Cape Cod Bay all to yourself. There is a freestanding outdoor deck just off the kitchen entrance, which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a superb water view.
Inside, the entire east end of the cottage is comprised of an open kitchen and family/TV room, which flows out to the three-season porch where two twin beds (single pull out couch and separate twin bed) comprise one of this property's sleeping spaces. There's also a half bath off the kitchen. The middle section of the house has two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and a full bath. Please note that this is the only full bath in the house. The other bedroom has twin beds. The western end of the house features another lounge/TV room, and includes a sleep sofa. The home has central air conditioning and WiFi access. The property enjoys one of the best stretches of sandy beach in Brewster. It's a great summer vacation headquarters for your group of up to six.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
