You can’t beat the location. It’s directly on one of the best private sandy beaches on the Bay. The tide goes way out at low tide, making it a terrific playground for kids of all ages. And new owners in 2019 have made many upgrades and improvements, including adding air conditioning in all bedrooms, new furniture including all new bedding, and totally renovated bath and kitchen.
The cottage is part of a 13 cottage community called Brewster Dunes. The community owns about 5 acres directly on a 450-foot wide beach. You can’t be any closer to the beach. The deck on the west side of the cottage is the ideal place to serve most meals and enjoy the sunsets over the Bay.
There is good sized kitchen, completely updated for 2019, including new appliances - now with a dishwasher -- and new cabinets and counter tops. The living room has plenty of lounge seating with all new furniture for 2019, including a sleep sofa.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom runs across the beach side of the upstairs and commands 180-degree, sweeping views of the beach and Bay. There is a new king size bed in that room also new for 2019. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom has twins. All three bedrooms have window AC units.
There is a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor, which has been completely renovated for 2019. The stack-able washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor H/C shower to rinse off all the sand and salt from the beach.
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Route 6A, the historic King’s Highway, where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, organic gluten-free kitchen, café and coffee roastery, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of excellent restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and a $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
