This recently built home is located on a HUGE lot with a private in ground pool. In addition, the house is a quick 4-5 minute walk to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay. This sandy stretch of beach is one of the best in Brewster.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 with private baths. There are a total of 4.5 baths plus an outdoor shower.  The first floor is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a first floor master bedroom suite with a king bed.  The oversized glass and tile shower is a sight to behold.  Upstairs, you have a second master suite with an en suite bathroom as well.  There are also 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with two twins each that share a full bath.  The final master suite is located up a second private staircase and has a King bed, private full bath plus a kitchenette. It is air conditioned with mini-split unit. This large room also has a sitting area to relax in privacy away from the rest of the group.  The house is air. conditioned and has high speed WiFi.

The pool has a new patio area, an ideal set up for relaxing and watching the kids frolic in the pool. Don't forget to head down to the beach each evening for sunset! The house is also close to Route 6A and several restaurants. It's just up the road from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path as well. With privacy, a pool and short walk to a private beach, this home is ideally set up for a fun-filled, memorable Brewster vacation.  Please note that the pool is not heated until Memorial Day weekend.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
