Get Picky About Guest Service When you spend a lot of money for a perfect summer vacation, you want to be sure before you commit. That's why we take the time to carefully and completely answer all your questions by phone or email. If you can visit the Cape in advance, we'll be happy to show you one or more properties you're considering. |
As your vacation approaches, we'll call or email a confirmation, offering detailed directions and day-of-arrival instructions. We'll personally meet with you at your Pretty Picky Property within the first 24 hours to welcome you and review property specifics. And we're always nearby and available to answer your questions about the area - shopping, dining, activities, etc. As well as deal with any emergencies that might come up.
After your stay, we'll follow up to confirm your complete satisfaction and offer you a "First Refusal" option for a repeat visit the following season.
Who's Behind Pretty Picky Properties We are Karen, Jim and Blake Decker, licensed real estate sales persons and long-time Cape property owners. We have our own cherished beachfront cottage, which we rent for some weeks each summer, when we're not living there ourselves. Following some very frustrating experiences with local conventional, factory-like rental agents, we saw the need for a premium vacation rental service for picky home owners like ourselves and the discriminating guests we want to attract. |
