The former deck is now a beautiful screened
porch, adding loads of extra summer living
space.

There's even a comfy day bed on the porch --
an ideal place to sack out on a warm summer
evening.

That's Cape Cod Bay right out there.
And from this ring side seat, it's only a
two minute walk to the private, neighbor-
hood beach.

THIS beach, to be precise. The neighborhood
beach is shared by so few homes, it's never
crowded. But if the kids want to make new
friends, all they have to do is walk a couple
hundred feet to the west. There they'll find
Brewster's Breakwater public town beach
and usually several "new" kids to choose from.

When you're not on the beach or on the
second level enjoying the view, your outdoor
lifestyle continues on this lovely, private patio, surrounded by an equally appealing yard and
gardens.

Those sliders lead to the patio and yard
from the spacious, open kitchen and dining
area.

Atrium ceiling with skylights creates an
airy, cheery feel in the large open kitchen.

Whimsically appointed dining area is set
apart in an interesting alcove off the kitchen.

The entire upper level is devoted to an
expansive living room/family room/study
with valulted ceiling and skylights. You
walk out to the deck with its commanding
view of the Bay. The couch is a queen
convertible, which gives you additional, comfortable sleeping for two.

The bedrooms are up a half flight of steps
from the main level. Master bedroom has
a queen size bed.

Second bedroom has a twin with a pull-out
trundle under. Welcome to the Cape Cod
outpost of Red Sox Nation.

The two bedrooms share this full bath
with tub and shower.

Handy half bath right off the kitchen on the
main level

An amazingly large, solidly built and carefully maintained tree house overlooks the yard
and gardens. For old-enough kids, it's not
only a huge hit for hours of fun out of the sun
-- it's also comfy alternative sleeping for two.
