at low tide, kids of all ages love to play in
the tidal pools and romp on miles of the
famous Brewster Flats.

Inside, the cottage is light and bright, full of
cottage charm. High-speed Internet, washer
and dryer included.

Living room/dining area flows right into
the fully equipped kitchen, located at the
rear of the cottage. Open floorplan means
you have water views, even from the kitchen!

MBR has beach view and a queen size bed.
You can fall asleep listening to the waves
lapping on the beach when it's high tide.

Middle BR has a full size double and a
delightful beachy decor. Third BR has a
single twin bed and houses the stackable washer/dryer.
