Now with air conditioning! It's an absolutely ideal location and setting, directly on one of the best private sandy beaches on the Bay. The tide goes way out at low tide, creating the famous "Brewster Flats," where you can walk a mile or more straight out and make all kinds of interesting discoveries in the warm tidal pools.
The covered porch adds bonus living space with Bay views you'll never get tired of. Many families eat most of their meals at the table out there. The master bedroom has a slider that walks right out to the porch – a great way to start every day on the beach!
There are three bedrooms: master bedroom with a Queen, another bedroom with a double and the third bedroom has a single twin with a pull-out trundle under. There is one bathroom with a shower. There is an enclosed outdoor H/C shower to rinse off all the sand and salt from the beach. Also there is a stackable washer/dryer.
The cottage is part of a cottage community called Brewster Dunes. The community owns about five acres directly on the beach. Only 13 cottages share a 450' sandy private beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this!
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Route 6A, the historic King’s Highway, where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, organic gluten-free kitchen, café and coffee roastery, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of excellent restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich.
Another plus: On your bike, you are just minutes away from the Cape bike trails.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September-November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
